Smart Time AI Tracker measures foreground application time independently of periodic screen analysis. Record short visits without waiting for the next OCR sample, and start or stop tracking whenever you choose.
REVIEW YOUR DAY AND YOUR MONTH
Explore daily charts and time by application, project and task category. In Usage report, select This month, Last month or a custom date range, then export an offline HTML report with charts, durations and percentages. Reports are created on demand, not sent automatically.
MAKE APP NAMES MEANINGFUL
Replace process labels with names you recognize. Saved display names apply to historical and future views without changing recorded durations.
OPTIONAL LOCAL SCREEN ANALYSIS
English, Spanish and Catalan OCR runs locally with verified language files. Temporary screen buffers are discarded after processing. Screenshots, window titles and OCR text are not saved. There is no account, telemetry, click counting or keystroke logging.
KNOW WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN
Foreground time includes idle time. It is not a productivity score, attendance record or proof of work. Classification is heuristic, not calibrated accuracy. Missing history cannot be reconstructed. Exported reports can include identifying application or project names; you control sharing them.
