Keep shared costs clear, from the first expense to the final settlement. Record a house share, trip or small group project in a local book on your Windows PC.
Choose equal shares, percentages, exact amounts or weights. Track who paid, include refunds and recorded reimbursements, and review suggestions for settling the remaining balances. The app does not send money.
Record work contributions using your own rates. Review a proposal before applying an agreement locally; these figures are not an objective valuation or proof that everyone has approved it.
Export an Excel (.xlsx) snapshot with expenses, allocations, balances, reimbursements and work contributions. Reimport accepts unchanged app exports and supported legacy JSON books. Edit the book in the app before exporting again; this is not a two-way editor for arbitrary Excel files.
The interface supports English, French, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, German and Simplified Chinese. Your own names and notes stay in their original language.
Important: one currency per book; no currency conversion, bank connection, receipt scanning, cloud collaboration or payment execution. AI is not available in this version. No app account is required. The app does not upload or sync your book. Files saved in a folder you share or sync may be accessible through that service. The app does not encrypt local book files or Excel exports. Exported files include readable names, notes and embedded book data: share them only with intended recipients.
