ClassAdjust Support Planner is a focused, offline Windows planner for teachers. Add learner aliases, record access needs already defined by your school, turn them into practical classroom actions and capture concise evidence after a lesson. Today brings due supports and progress together without another account or cloud service.
Plan, follow up, review: organise learner aliases and groups; create and edit support plans; archive or restore records; log factual observations as Worked well, Partly worked or Needs review. Search your workspace and keep actions linked to the correct learner. Reminders are shown when the app is open; there is no background Windows notification service.
Your workspace stays local. No account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, telemetry or generative AI. Back up, import and export JSON using destinations you choose. Workspace erase does not delete copies you previously exported or shared.
Important privacy boundary: local records, exports and backups are not encrypted by ClassAdjust and the app has no multi-user permissions. Use aliases, minimise notes and follow your school’s access, safeguarding and retention policies. Do not enter medical records, contact details, credentials or unrelated sensitive information. Device security and disk encryption remain your responsibility.
This is a non-clinical planning tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, infer conditions, determine eligibility or replace authorised school decisions. It is not a school information system, cloud collaboration platform or guarantee of regulatory compliance.
