Documents and local processing
The app reads invoices and receipt images you select, stores a local working register, and uses local AI to extract details. Documents may contain names, addresses, tax identifiers and financial information. Document contents and extracted entries are processed on your Mac; the app does not upload them to Vellora or a cloud extraction service.
Excel and CSV exports and organized copies are written to destinations you select. Original documents remain in place. Review extracted results before using them for bookkeeping.
Model setup and network connections
The app includes the Ollama runtime. Downloading an AI model requires an internet connection to the model distribution service. That service receives connection information such as your IP address and the requested model. Invoice contents are not part of the model download request. After setup, local analysis can work offline. The app can use a compatible Ollama service already running on your Mac.

Your data and contact
Local storage and deletion
App preferences, models and working data are stored locally in the app’s Mac storage area. Files you export or organize may be outside that area. You can remove your exported files and local app data using macOS; preserve any files you want to keep first. Uninstalling an app may leave local data behind. Backups or cloud-synced folders you choose may retain additional copies under your own settings.
Apple and other services
Apple manages App Store purchases and may process store or system diagnostics according to your Apple settings. Vellora does not receive your payment card details through these apps. Model hosting services have their own privacy policies.
Support
If you email support, we receive the address and information you send so we can respond. Do not include private documents, recordings or API keys unless needed and agreed for the support request. To ask about your support correspondence or request its deletion, contact support@vellorastudio.one.
This policy
This website is hosted by one.com. Visiting it sends normal connection information, including your IP address and requested page, to the hosting service. These pages add no advertising, tracking scripts or analytics. An offline copy of the app policy is also available from the app’s Help menu.
Changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to app data handling will be reflected in the relevant policy and app disclosures.
