Invoice PDF Auto Renamer - Privacy Policy
Publisher: Vellora Studio One
Effective date: 28 August 2026

Invoice PDF Auto Renamer reads the PDF files you select on your Windows PC. Invoice contents, extracted text, OCR images and PDF passwords are not uploaded by the app to the publisher or a cloud processing service. There is no account registration, advertising, analytics SDK or telemetry endpoint.

Preferences, filename templates, supplier aliases and rename operation history are stored locally. History includes file paths, extracted invoice fields and file hashes used to check whether undo is safe. Document text and supplied PDF passwords are held in memory during the session. PDF previews use temporary local image files, deleted after loading during normal operation; unexpected interruptions can leave temporary previews behind.

The app changes filenames only after confirmation. It does not edit PDF contents. CSV exports are written to the location you choose. Copy commands write selected details to the Windows clipboard. Windows and other software may independently manage clipboard history, backups, security scanning and folder synchronization.

Settings and history are retained in the local application data area under Vellora/InvoiceRenamer, subject to Windows package redirection, until removed by the user or Windows. Close the app before deleting local app data. Deleting history removes the information needed to undo its operations. Your PDF folders and exported CSV files are separate from app settings.

Microsoft independently handles Store acquisition, payments where applicable, installation and updates under its own policies. This policy covers the app's processing, not Microsoft's services or third-party synchronization tools.

Changes in data handling will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date.
