PDFolio
Effective September 1, 2026 · Publisher: Vellora Studio One
PDFolio processes PDF documents locally on your Windows device. It has no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud service, or built-in document upload.
Information handled by the app
The app reads only documents and image files you explicitly select. Document contents, filenames, extracted images, overlays, diagnostics, identifiers, and usage information are not sent to Vellora Studio or third parties through the app.
Outputs and retention
Merged, split, compressed, edited, and extracted output files are written only to locations you choose. Originals are not intentionally overwritten. You control local access, backups, retention, deletion, and any sharing of output files.
Signatures and document security
A signature image inserted with PDFolio is a visual overlay, not a cryptographic digital signature or identity verification. Protect confidential documents and signature images using your Windows account and appropriate storage controls.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives only the contact details and content you choose to send so it can answer the request.
