App Portfolio Manager — Privacy Policy
Publisher: Vellora Studio One
Updated: 28 August 2026
This Windows application processes portfolio information locally. It reads folder names, filenames and limited project-document text to estimate release readiness. Scanning does not execute project scripts, builds or tests, and does not modify scanned project files.
Notes, tags, publication-status overrides, selected folder paths and timestamps are stored in the application user-data folder on your device. No account is required. The app does not transmit portfolio information to the publisher and includes no advertising, analytics or cloud synchronization.
CSV and Markdown exports are created only after you choose a destination. Opening a document or revealing a folder requires an explicit action and native confirmation and passes that content to Windows or its default application.
You can delete local metadata from the application user-data folder; exported reports remain at the destinations you selected. Microsoft handles Store purchases, licensing and Windows diagnostics under its own policies. Local files are not encrypted by this app; protect your device and exports appropriately.
