CuraFile Local Organizer — Privacy Policy
Publisher: Vellora Studio One. Updated 28 August 2026.
CuraFile works locally on your Windows device. It does not send your files or usage data to the publisher, operate cloud storage, or include advertising, analytics or account registration.
When you choose a folder, the app reads file names, paths, sizes and extensions to build an organization preview. Duplicate detection reads file contents locally to calculate SHA-256 hashes. File contents and hashes are not transmitted by the app.
Files are moved only after you review and confirm an organization plan. Local transaction records store original and destination paths and operation times to support the activity view and undo. Undo can skip files when their original location is occupied or the moved file is unavailable. Keep independent backups of important files.
If you export a duplicate report, the JSON file is saved to the location you choose and may contain file paths and hashes. You control whether to share it. Your chosen folder may be synchronized by other software independently of CuraFile.
Local transaction records remain in the app user-data folder until removed. Microsoft processes Store purchases and downloads under its own privacy terms. CuraFile has no subscription or in-app purchases.
