Shared Costs Planner - Split & Settle — Privacy policy
The app processes the participant names, expenses, notes, reimbursements and work contributions you enter or import locally on your Windows device. It has no app accounts, advertising, analytics telemetry, cloud synchronization, payment execution or functional AI service. The app does not upload your books to us.
Your current book and application settings are stored locally. Exporting creates an Excel file in the location you choose. Excel exports contain readable participant names, notes and embedded book data; they are not encrypted. Copies placed in shared or synchronized folders may be accessible or uploaded by other software according to your settings. Share exports only with intended recipients.
The Book & data view lets you access the storage location or erase the current local book. Erasing that book does not delete exported files, backups or copies elsewhere. Uninstalling may leave local user data behind. You remain responsible for managing those copies.
