Data processed
The app accesses only audio, video and project files that the user explicitly selects. Transcription, speaker labels, summaries, action items and searches are processed locally on the user's Windows device. Vellora Studio One does not receive or collect recordings, transcripts or meeting notes.

Local AI model download
First-time setup downloads the AI model selected by the user from the model provider's servers (approximately 75–466 MB depending on quality). Recordings and transcripts are not included in this request. The provider may process standard network information, such as the user's IP address, under its own privacy policy.

Local app data
Preferences, downloaded models, transcripts, notes and diagnostic information are stored locally on the device. They remain under the user's control and can be deleted from the app or by uninstalling it.

No tracking or sale of data
The app contains no advertising, behavioral tracking or publisher-operated analytics, requires no account, and Vellora Studio One does not sell personal information.

Security and user control
The user chooses every recording to process and every file to export. Exported TXT, Markdown, JSON, SRT and VTT files are saved only to locations selected by the user.

Children
The app is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children.
