CertLoom Local — Training Matrix
Effective September 1, 2026 · Publisher: Vellora Studio One
CertLoom Local is designed to work offline. The app has no Vellora account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud sync, or built-in network transmission.
Information handled by the app
The app processes the information you enter—people names, team labels, training requirements, completion and expiry dates, and optional evidence references—locally on your Windows device. Vellora Studio does not receive this information through the app.
Exports and backups
CSV, HTML, and JSON files are created only after you choose to export or back up your records. Anyone with access to those files or your Windows profile may be able to read them. Protect your Windows account and backup files appropriately.
Deletion and retention
You can delete people, requirements, and their linked training records using the app controls. Uninstalling may leave application data in your Windows user profile, and exported files remain wherever you saved them. Make any needed backup before removing local data.
Sensitive information
Do not enter medical information or confidential certificate documents. Use the optional evidence field only as a non-sensitive reference. CertLoom Local is an administrative record-keeping tool; it does not verify training, competence, identity, certificate validity, or regulatory compliance.
Microsoft Store and support
If you acquire the app through Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives the contact details and content you choose to send solely to answer the request and maintain reasonable support records.
