Live Window AI Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 September 2026
Publisher: Vellora Studio One

Live Window AI processes the application window that the user explicitly selects with generative AI running locally on the user's Windows PC. Captured frames, prompts and generated images are not uploaded to Vellora Studio One. Internet access is required to download the local runtime, dependencies, safety component and model files.

Information accessed. To present its source picker, the app locally enumerates open application windows and displays available window titles, thumbnails, executable names and icons. It captures only the window source explicitly selected by the user. A selected frame may contain personal, confidential or sensitive information visible in that window. The app also processes prompts, generation settings, the selected model, seed, source and output dimensions and local GPU performance information solely to provide the requested transformation.

Local processing and storage. Frames pass between the Electron interface and an authenticated local service bound only to 127.0.0.1. Frames and generated results are held in memory for processing and display; the app does not provide video recording and does not intentionally save them as user files. Preferences are stored in the Windows application-data folder. The managed Python runtime and downloaded model and safety files are stored under the user's Local App Data folders. Local performance information is not sent to the publisher.

Network access and third parties. The app has no Vellora Studio One account, advertising, publisher analytics or cloud rendering. Setup may download CPython, PyTorch packages and pinned model and safety files from their respective distribution services after the user reviews and accepts displayed terms. No selected frame or prompt is intentionally sent with those downloads. These services can receive standard connection metadata under their own privacy policies. Microsoft may process Store acquisition, licensing, security, reliability and account information under Microsoft's terms.

Sharing. Vellora Studio One does not receive, sell or share captured frames, prompts, generated images, window titles or local performance measurements through the app.

Controls and deletion. The user chooses the source window and can pause or stop capture. Closing the app ends capture and its local backend. The user can remove saved settings, runtimes and downloaded models from the corresponding Live Window AI folders under Local App Data. Uninstalling the Store app may not remove separately downloaded model caches.

Support. If a user contacts support or reports inappropriate AI output, Vellora Studio One receives only the information the user chooses to send. Users should avoid including confidential source-window content. Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate and answer the request, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Children and generated content. Live Window AI is not directed to children. Generative output can be unpredictable; responsible adult supervision may be appropriate and users must not create or process illegal or harmful content.

Changes. This policy will be updated if the app's data handling or network behaviour changes.
