# Privacy Policy for MargeClar

MargeClar is a local pricing calculator for Windows. This policy explains how the application handles information.

## Information the app handles

MargeClar processes the values you enter, such as income goals, business costs, work hours, rates, and project expenses. Saved scenarios and the current draft are stored locally in the application's data area on your Windows device.

The app does not require an account. It does not transmit scenarios to the developer, use analytics or advertising SDKs, track location, access contacts, or sell personal information.

## CSV exports

When you choose to export a scenario, MargeClar writes a CSV file to the location you select through the Windows save dialog. You control that file and any later sharing or backup of it.

## Network access

The released application is designed to perform its core functions offline. Microsoft Store and Windows may independently process information for download, licensing, updates, crash handling, or platform security under Microsoft's own terms and privacy policy.

## Retention and deletion

Local scenarios remain on the device until you delete them in the app or remove the application's local data. Uninstall behavior can vary by Windows package type. Exported CSV files are not deleted when the app is uninstalled.

## Children

MargeClar is business planning software and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

## Changes

If a future version adds optional sync, analytics, accounts, or other data processing, this policy and the Store disclosure must be updated before release. Existing local-only behavior should not be described as cloud processing.

## Contact

Publisher: Vellora Studio One. The publisher does not receive or operate a server containing your saved scenarios. Local application data is not encrypted by MargeClar. Files exported to synchronized folders may be uploaded by your own synchronization software.
