IA — ClauseDelta Review

Version 1.0 compares documents locally and deterministically. It does not run or contact an AI model and has no account, analytics, telemetry, advertising, or cloud service.
Information handled by the app
The app processes DOCX, TXT, and Markdown files you select on your Windows device. Vellora Studio does not receive your documents, extracted text, filenames, review decisions, notes, identifiers, diagnostics, or usage events through the app.
Projects and reports
Saved review projects may contain extracted document text, filenames, review decisions, and notes. Exported HTML reports may contain changed passages and reviewer comments. You choose where these files are saved and are responsible for protecting and sharing them appropriately.
Deletion and limitations
Uninstalling the app does not delete projects or reports you created. Delete those files manually when they are no longer needed. ClauseDelta is a document review aid, not legal advice, and it does not determine the legal significance of a change.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives only the details and content you choose to send to answer your request.
