Mac · App Store
Use the setup guidance below for the Vellora Mac apps. Apple handles App Store purchase and billing enquiries; see Apple’s refund guidance. Use the Apple Account that purchased the app. Availability of the announced Mac apps is pending approval.
Steam · future releases
Vellora Steam releases are planned. Once a title is announced, its page will link to its official Steam listing and product-specific support. For Steam account or billing issues, use Steam Support; for Steam purchases, see the Steam refund policy.
Privacy, accessibility and security reports
Use privacy choices for data requests. You can also report a barrier to using an app or this website, or a suspected security issue, to support@vellorastudio.one. Include only the minimum information needed to explain it. Do not publish or attach private customer data or credentials.
Mac setup & help
Start with the essentials.
The Mac apps require macOS 14 or later and support Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Release is pending Apple’s approval.
Invoice & Receipt AI: first analysis
Complete the local AI model setup with an internet connection and enough free disk space for a model of several gigabytes. Then import documents, analyse them and review the extracted register. Export to Excel or CSV, or organise copies; original documents stay in place. Analysis works offline after setup.
Offline Transcriber: models and recordings
The Tiny multilingual model is included. Select a WAV, MP3, M4A, MP4 or MOV recording and start local transcription. Optional Base and Small models require an internet connection to download. Clear audio improves results; review the text and edit speaker labels manually before exporting.
AI File Organizer: copy, move and API mode
Select source and destination folders, describe the structure and review the proposed plan. Copy preserves original files; Move relocates them and requires confirmation. Local mode needs an Ollama model. API mode is optional: review the data-sharing notice and your provider’s privacy terms and fees before enabling it. Never send your API key to support.
A file cannot be read or an export cannot be saved
Select the file or folder again in the app’s macOS chooser, check that you have access to it and choose a writable destination. Download cloud-only files to your Mac before processing them. Include the file type and error message in a support request, without attaching confidential content.
Where is my data, and how can I remove it?
Working data, preferences and models are stored locally. Exported or organised files stay in the locations you choose. Preserve anything you need before removing local data; uninstalling may leave data behind. Backups and cloud-synced folders may contain further copies. Read the app’s privacy policy or email support for help.
A model download or local analysis is slow
Check the internet connection during model setup and leave enough free disk space. Processing speed depends on the Mac, model and file size. Start with a short recording or a small batch of documents. If it fails, send the app version, macOS version, Mac model and the displayed error to support.
