Scope

These terms describe use of the Vellora Studio One website and its product information. Updated 8 September 2026. Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its availability or security.

Store purchases and software licences

Apps are acquired from the store linked on the product page. The store listing identifies the seller, supported platforms, price and purchase conditions. A purchase on one store does not automatically include a licence on another store or platform.

The software licence supplied with an app and applicable store terms govern its use. Where Apple’s standard licence applies, see the Apple Standard EULA. Product-specific licences and third-party notices supplied with an app remain applicable. These website terms do not replace them.

Billing, refunds and consumer rights

The store that processed the purchase handles its payment and refund process. See our store-specific support links. Eligibility depends on the store and applicable law; this website does not promise or reject a refund on the store’s behalf. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Product information and availability

Product pages describe the identified platform edition. Check the store listing for current system requirements, languages, pricing and availability. Features may differ across platforms. Planned releases, including Steam titles, are identified as planned; they are not offered here as available downloads.

AI tools and your files

Review generated, extracted or transcribed results before relying on them. You remain responsible for deciding how to use outputs and for having the rights and permissions to process the files you select. Read the product’s privacy policy before enabling an external AI provider. Its own terms and charges may apply.

Professional workflow tools help organise or prepare information; their output does not replace a qualified professional’s review or official certification. Keep appropriate backups before changing, moving or deleting files.

Games and content

Vellora’s card-game simulations and practice tools described here use game scores or virtual chips for entertainment, not cash prizes or real-money gambling. Refer to the relevant product description for its features. Vellora content belongs to its respective rights holders; open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences.
