MiraMD opens .md, .markdown, .mdown and .mkd files in a clean reading view. The free edition is a complete everyday reader: work with tabs and recent files, jump through an automatically generated outline, search the current document, zoom, switch between light, dark and sepia themes, display local images, follow relative links, render Mermaid diagrams and KaTeX formulas, refresh files when they change, and print.
MiraMD processes documents locally on your Windows device. It does not upload document contents, filenames or usage analytics. Remote images are blocked by default, and external links show their destination before opening. Preferences and recent-file paths stay in your local Windows app-data folder.
