About this app
Clean filenames. Clear records.
Downloaded invoices rarely arrive with useful names. Invoice PDF Auto Renamer helps you turn a folder of attachments into files you can recognize at a glance.
Add your PDF invoices, choose a naming pattern, and review the extracted supplier, date, invoice number and total before renaming. For example:
01-download.pdf → 2026-08-14_North Studio_NS-260814_125.40.pdf
READ
Extract text from digital PDFs. Use the bundled English and Spanish OCR models when a document is scanned. Your invoice contents are processed on your PC; the app does not upload documents or require an account.
REVIEW
See proposed filenames before applying changes. Inspect confidence indicators, preview a PDF, correct fields, and approve uncertain results. Missing information and filename conflicts are flagged for attention.
RENAME
Combine date, supplier, invoice number, total and currency in your own pattern. Rename ready files in their existing folders, export a CSV inventory, and keep a local operation history. Undo checks the files before restoring their original names and refuses changed files or occupied destinations.
MADE FOR EVERYDAY PAPERWORK
Useful for freelancers, small businesses and anyone organizing invoice folders. Import individual PDFs or folders, optionally include subfolders, save supplier aliases, and choose a light or dark appearance. The interface is available in English, Spanish and Catalan.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Extraction depends on invoice layout and scan quality. Review all results before renaming. Ambiguous dates, missing invoice numbers and unsupported layouts may require manual corrections. OCR defaults to the first three pages and can be configured from one to ten. Digital text extraction reads up to ten pages. The maximum PDF size is 100 MB. PDF contents are not edited. This app is a file organization tool, not accounting or tax advice.
Windows 10 version 2004 or later, x64. No in-app purchases or subscriptions.
