PDFolio brings everyday PDF tasks into one private desktop workspace. Merge documents in the order you choose, extract selected pages, export supported embedded images and create smaller rasterized copies of scanned PDFs. Preview pages before editing, then add non-destructive white covers, free text and transparent image signatures. PDFolio always writes a new output file and leaves the source document unchanged. Every operation runs on your Windows PC. PDFolio has no accounts, advertising, telemetry, cloud APIs or file uploads. Compression works by rasterizing pages and may flatten forms, annotations and selectable vector text. PDFolio makes this trade-off explicit so you can choose the right workflow for each document.
