Requires an x64 Windows PC. OCR needs a supported installed Windows OCR language. Optional enhanced search requires an explicit download of about 90.6 MB from Hugging Face/CDN; ordinary text search works without that download.
Keep useful copied text within reach. Universal Clipboard AI Manager brings notes, snippets and recognized text from copied images into a searchable local history, so you can return to something you copied earlier instead of finding it again in the original app.
FIND, ORGANIZE, REUSE
Search by words, review an entry, pin useful items and copy saved text back to the Windows clipboard. Selection actions stay available without the side preview panel. Delete individual entries or clear unpinned history when you no longer need it.
OPTIONAL SEARCH BY MEANING
Lightweight local search is included. For enhanced semantic ranking, choose Download & enable. The English-oriented MiniLM model processes a limited 128-token input window and runs locally after its files are verified. It is not a chatbot, and approximate matches can be wrong. Existing entries need your explicit Reindex choice to use a different model. Retry is manual; startup never downloads missing model files. Turn off returns to lightweight search without deleting the model cache or history.
KNOW WHAT IS SAVED
History stays closed and Capture/OCR start off until you choose. Enable capture authorizes new copied text to be saved while the app runs; copied text may include personal or highly sensitive information. OCR has a separate unchecked option. Open history only lets you use saved entries without clipboard capture or OCR. Not now grants no new access. A previously saved consent choice is restored. Revoke consent stops capture and hides history without deleting it. The optional model starts off and needs a separate choice.
OCR saves recognized text, not the original bitmap. Pause Capture before copying information you do not want stored. Privacy settings provide OCR, sensitive-content and application-exclusion controls. Filters cannot detect every secret; this is not a password vault.
Saved text and previews use Windows account protection (DPAPI). Metadata, content hashes and search vectors are not encrypted, and the entire database is not encrypted. Copying an entry places plain text on the Windows clipboard, where Windows and other apps may read or synchronize it under their own settings. Search covers up to 5,000 saved entries, prioritizing pinned items. The default unpinned retention is 30 days, with age cleanup when consented history opens. Pinned entries are exempt from automatic age/count cleanup and may exceed the storage target, but not the 5,000-entry searchable limit. Entries above the 100,000-character limit are skipped. Deletion does not guarantee removal from backups or copies elsewhere.
One-time purchase, with no app subscription or app account. No cloud-history sync is provided. Fixed model-download requests do not include clipboard text or search queries; download providers receive normal connection information. Windows and Microsoft components have their own diagnostics and privacy settings.
Use a currently serviced Windows version. The package installation floor is Windows 10 build 17763, which is not a promise of ongoing support for every older Windows edition. The .NET and Windows App SDK runtime components are bundled. No separate local model server is required.
