Give downloaded documents, work folders and photos a structure you can find your way around. Select one or more source folders, describe the organization you want, and review proposed folders and filenames before applying changes.
Start with Copy mode to create an organized version in a separate destination while keeping your source files in place. Choose Move when you want to relocate the originals. The preview shows suggested names, destinations and reasons, so you can check the plan before it runs.
Organize using filenames and supported content from PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, text files and images. Other formats can be classified using their names and metadata. Content analysis depends on the format and readable content; long PDFs are sampled. Review AI suggestions before applying them.
Local mode analyzes supported file content on your PC. Once a compatible model is installed, local analysis can run offline. The AI runtime is included. If no compatible model is available, in-app setup downloads the recommended model, approximately 3.4 GB, using an internet connection. Allow additional disk space; download time and analysis speed depend on your connection and hardware.
Advanced users can optionally configure a compatible external AI API in Settings. In API mode, the text and images needed for analysis are sent to your chosen provider. An API key and separate provider charges may be required.
