Copy Folder Structure recreates folders and subfolders in a destination you choose. Scan a source, review the tree, choose the branches you need and confirm creation. File contents are never copied.
PREVIEW BEFORE CREATING
See which folders are new, already exist or conflict with an existing file. Keep the source root folder or place its children directly in the destination. Search the tree and deselect branches; required parent folders are included automatically.
REPEAT YOUR WORKFLOW
Save a folder structure as a local template and reuse it without the original source. Export a folder list to CSV or text, or copy the tree to the clipboard.
CONTROL THE SCOPE
Limit scanning depth, exclude names with simple wildcards or use the optional development-folder exclusion preset. Hidden and system folders are excluded by default. Symbolic links and junctions are not followed.
KEEP EXISTING CONTENT
Existing folders are kept. Conflicting files are not replaced. Cancel an operation and review what was created. Undo removes only recorded folders that are still empty and pass identity checks; it never removes existing folders or file contents.
LOCAL BY DESIGN
No account, advertising, analytics or app-operated cloud service. History, templates and preferences stay on your device. The app supports English, Spanish and Catalan, with light, dark and system themes.
Windows 10 version 1809 or later and Windows 11, x64. Local drives and accessible mapped/UNC paths can be selected. Permissions and filesystem capabilities apply; unsupported providers are rejected safely. Network delays may postpone cancellation until Windows returns control.
The free mode creates up to 25 new folders per operation and includes preview, the built-in project template and safe undo. A one-time Premium purchase unlocks unlimited folders, unlimited depth and advanced filters, custom templates, CSV/TXT/tree export and extended history. This is not a backup or synchronization tool and never copies files, permissions, ownership or timestamps.
