Turn invoice PDFs, scanned receipts and receipt photos into a register you can review and export for bookkeeping. Import your documents, extract details with local AI, then check the results before creating an Excel workbook or CSV file.
Review and edit supplier details, invoice numbers, issue and due dates, currency, net amounts, tax amounts, totals, categories and payment methods. The register highlights exact duplicate files and entries that need review, and lets you search by supplier, invoice number or filename.
Export the invoice register to Excel or CSV. Excel exports also include a separate line-item sheet when line items are detected. Create organized copies in folders grouped by year and supplier, with descriptive filenames, while keeping your source documents in place.
Local analysis processes document content on your PC. The AI runtime is included, but the vision model is downloaded separately through the app. First-time setup needs an internet connection and a multi-gigabyte model download, unless a compatible vision model is already installed. Allow additional disk space. After setup, local analysis can run offline; processing speed depends on your hardware.
Supports PDF and common receipt image formats including JPG, PNG and WEBP. PDF analysis supports files up to 40 MB and samples the first pages of longer documents. Extraction can miss or misread details: check the source documents and correct the register before using the exported data.
