About this app
Write, read and find your next steps in one private Windows notebook.
Markdown AI Studio notes places your Markdown editor, native preview and local insights side by side. Use the formatting ribbon for bold, italic, headings, tasks and quotes, then save standard .md files in the folder you choose.
From meeting notes to follow-up: review an extractive summary and detected action points without leaving the document. Markdown tasks and commitment phrases are surfaced for your review. Detection can miss or misclassify text: always check the original.
This release uses deterministic sentence scoring and action extraction. Summaries select sentences from your note; they do not generate new prose. There is no generative language model, cloud AI service, account or per-use fee. A bundled local language profile is verified on first launch; no large model download is required.
A light notebook interface, graph-paper panels and a native browser-free preview keep editing, reading and follow-up together. The app does not upload note content or run a background web server. Links open in your default browser only when you choose them.
One-time purchase. No subscription, advertising or publisher cloud dependency. Windows 10 version 2004 or later / Windows 11, x64. The Store edition uses installed-app local storage; a separate portable edition also exists.
