Vellora Invoice & Receipt AI

Includes the Ollama runtime. An initial AI model download needs an internet connection and several gigabytes of storage; analysis then works offline. Check extracted values before using them for bookkeeping.

- Import WAV, MP3, M4A, MP4 or MOV files.
- Transcribe locally, search the text and edit speaker labels manually.
- Export TXT, Markdown, JSON, SRT or VTT. No per-minute transcription fees.
The multilingual Tiny model is included and can transcribe offline from the start. Base and Small models are optional downloads for different speed and accuracy trade-offs. Results depend on the recording quality and language.

Turn selected folders into a clear organisation plan, review it, then choose whether to copy or move the files.
- Use filenames and supported document or image contents to propose a folder structure.
- Describe the structure you want and preview the plan before applying it.
- Choose Copy to preserve originals, or explicitly confirm Move to relocate them.
Local analysis uses Ollama and an AI model; model setup needs an internet connection and free disk space. Optional API mode sends analysis content to the provider you configure, after your consent. That provider’s fees and privacy terms apply.
