Vellora AI File Organizer
This policy covers the Mac app with bundle identifier com.manelsort.aifileorganizer.
Folders and local mode
The app scans source folders you select and reads filenames, metadata and supported document or image contents to propose an organization plan. In local mode, this analysis runs on your Mac using Ollama. The app does not upload this content to Vellora. Model downloads contact the distribution service, which receives the requested model and connection information such as your IP address.
You review a plan before applying it. Copy mode creates copies; Move mode relocates original files. Exports, copies and moved files stay in the locations you choose. Their content may include any personal data present in your selected files.
Optional external AI mode
If you explicitly enable API mode in Settings, confirm the data-sharing notice and configure a compatible provider, the app sends the text and images needed for analysis to that provider. Prompts and file content may contain names, contact details, financial information or other personal data. They can be associated with your provider account through your API key.
The provider is selected by you; its retention, processing location, training policy and fees are governed by its own terms and your account settings. Vellora does not control those policies or operate an intermediary AI service. Review them before enabling API mode, and avoid sending information you do not have permission to disclose. Local mode remains available.
API credentials are encrypted using the operating system’s secure storage. Settings let you remove the API configuration or switch back to local mode. Removing a key locally does not delete information already received by your provider.
The app has no Vellora account requirement, advertising or built-in usage analytics.
Your data and contact
Local storage and deletion
App preferences, models and working data are stored locally in the app’s Mac storage area. Files you export or organize may be outside that area. You can remove your exported files and local app data using macOS; preserve any files you want to keep first. Uninstalling an app may leave local data behind. Backups or cloud-synced folders you choose may retain additional copies under your own settings.
Apple and other services
Apple manages App Store purchases and may process store or system diagnostics according to your Apple settings. Vellora does not receive your payment card details through these apps. Model hosting and a provider you configure have their own privacy policies.
Support
If you email support, we receive the address and information you send so we can respond. Do not include private documents, recordings or API keys unless needed and agreed for the support request. To ask about your support correspondence or request its deletion, contact support@vellorastudio.one.
This policy
This website is hosted by one.com. Visiting it sends normal connection information, including your IP address and requested page, to the hosting service. These pages add no advertising, tracking scripts or analytics. An offline copy of the app policy is also available from the app’s Help menu.
Changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to app data handling will be reflected in the relevant policy and app disclosures.
