BidTrace Compliance Matrix
BidTrace is an offline desktop app with no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud sync, or built-in transmission of project data.
Information handled by the app
Project requirements, owner names, evidence references, review states, and settings are stored on your Windows device in project files and local application storage. Vellora Studio does not receive this information through the app.
Evidence, exports, and retention
Local evidence references are opened only when you request it. CSV and HTML exports are written only to locations you select. Delete saved .bidtrace projects, exports, and local app data when they are no longer needed; uninstalling may leave user-created files in their chosen folders.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives only the details and content you choose to send to answer your request.
