CountTrail Offline
CountTrail Offline works entirely on your Windows device. It has no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud sync, or built-in transmission of your inventory data.
Information handled by the app
The app processes inventory catalogs, count quantities, session names, notes, and audit events locally. Vellora Studio does not receive this information through the app.
Imports, exports, and retention
Imports and CSV or JSON exports occur only when you choose local files through Windows dialogs. App records remain in your per-user application-data folder until you remove them. Exported files remain wherever you save them, including after uninstalling the app.
Your choices and responsibilities
You control the records and files you create. Protect your Windows account and backups, and avoid entering unnecessary personal or confidential information in item names, session names, or notes.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives only the contact details and content you choose to send so it can answer the request.
