DispatchProof Load Handover
DispatchProof is an offline Windows app. It has no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, remote backup, or built-in transmission of manifests, photos, identifiers, or location data.
Information handled by the app
The app processes manifest references, locations, carrier, vehicle, driver or receiver, item descriptions, quantities, declared values, incident notes, and photos you select. These records and copied evidence photos are stored in your local per-user application-data folder.
Exports and retention
PDF and CSV exports are written only to paths you choose. Data remains until you remove the relevant records or local files. You are responsible for backups and for protecting operational and personal information using your Windows account and device security.
Location, sharing, and legal scope
The app does not request GPS, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising identifiers, or account credentials. It never shares data automatically. DispatchProof records operational handovers; it is not a certified electronic-signature or legally certified proof-of-delivery service.
Microsoft Store and support
Microsoft may process purchase, download, diagnostic, security, or account information under its own privacy terms. If you contact support, Vellora Studio receives only the details and content you choose to send to answer your request.
