MiraMD Privacy Policy
MiraMD is a local Markdown reader and review workspace for Windows, published by Vellora Studio One. The app is designed to process documents on your device.
Data processed on your device
MiraMD can read Markdown files that you explicitly open, together with local images and relative document links needed to display them. Document contents, filenames, rendered output and review notes are not uploaded to Vellora Studio One.
The app stores preferences, recent-file paths, local review notes and trial or licence state in its Windows application-data folder. You can clear recent-file history from Settings. Windows or the user controls removal of remaining local application data after uninstalling.
Network access
MiraMD does not send usage analytics or advertising identifiers. Remote images in documents are blocked by default. External links open only after you select them and confirm the displayed destination.
Microsoft Store purchases
If you buy or restore MiraMD Pro Forever, Microsoft Store handles the transaction and payment information under Microsoft's terms and privacy practices. MiraMD receives entitlement status and Store-provided product information, such as the localized price. Vellora Studio One does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Sharing and retention
Vellora Studio One does not sell or share document content or app-usage data because the app does not collect that information. Local data remains on the device until you clear it, remove it, or Windows removes it.
