1. Overview
Poker Mentor is a practice and simulation app for learning Texas Hold’em decisions. It does not provide real-money gambling, betting services, casino accounts, deposits, cash prizes, or wagering.
2. Information the app handles
The app is designed to run locally on your device. Depending on how you use it, Poker Mentor may store or process the following information on your device:
- Training progress, drill answers, accuracy, streaks, and review counts.
- Selected cards, table states, settings, and simulation results used for practice.
- Hand-history text that you paste or import for local review.
3. Data collection and sharing
Vellora Studio does not require an account for core Poker Mentor training features and does not sell personal information. The app is designed so training data remains on your device and is not sent to Vellora Studio servers.
4. Support communications
If you contact Vellora Studio by email, we may receive your email address, message contents, device or app details you choose to provide, and any attachments you include. We use this information to respond to your request and improve support.
5. Third-party platforms
If you install the app through an app store or software marketplace, that platform may process information such as downloads, purchases, diagnostics, crash reports, or account details under its own privacy policy. Vellora Studio does not control those platform practices.
6. Local storage and retention
Local app data stays on your device until you reset progress, clear app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise delete it through your operating system. Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain records, and protect the service.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate for a small independent app to protect support communications and app-related information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
8. Children
Poker Mentor is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support contact, please email us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Your choices
- You can avoid sending support emails or attachments if you do not want to share them.
- You can delete local app data by using app controls where available or by uninstalling/clearing app data through your device.
