RoutineDock privacy policy

Publisher: Vellora Studio One. Effective date: 28 August 2026.

RoutineDock stores routine templates, location labels, checklist responses, notes and run timestamps locally on your Windows device. These fields can contain personal information if you choose to enter it. Do not enter patient information, passwords or sensitive personal data.

The app does not require an account or send your workspace to the publisher. It contains no advertising, analytics or cloud synchronization. Microsoft Store licensing, installation and diagnostics are handled separately by Microsoft under its own terms.

The desktop workspace is stored at `%APPDATA%\VelloraRoutineDock`. Data and backups are plain-text JSON; they are not encrypted by RoutineDock. Access therefore depends on your Windows account and device protection. A previous database version is retained locally as a backup. Restoring a backup preserves the existing primary file as a recovery copy when present. These copies remain until you remove them.

Backups and CSV exports are created only when you choose a destination. They can contain your notes and location labels. You control any subsequent sharing. Existing synchronization software may upload files saved in synchronized folders. RoutineDock does not copy the database to the clipboard.

Data is retained until you remove it. You can archive routines without losing history. To remove the complete workspace, close RoutineDock and delete its app-data folder; this also removes local backup/recovery copies. Uninstalling the app may leave app data behind. Export a backup first if you want to retain records.

Completed checklists are read-only inside the application, but local records are not tamper-proof or a certified audit trail. RoutineDock is an organizational tool, not a clinical system, legal compliance service or safety-critical inspection product.
