Tracking is opt-in. Start and stop it from the app. Foreground application information and optional local OCR are processed on your Windows device. The app does not save screenshots, window titles, OCR text, document names or URLs. It does not log clicks, typed text or keystrokes. Temporary screen buffers are discarded after processing; the app does not control Windows paging or crash dumps.

Minimal activity records are stored locally: timestamps, durations, application names, project/task categories and heuristic confidence. Optional application display names are also saved locally. Installed data uses local app storage. You can clear activity history in the app; saved aliases and previously exported reports are separate. Uninstall preserves user data.

Reports are created only on request and exported to a location you choose. They contain aggregated activity metadata and may include identifying application or project names. They do not contain screenshots or typed text. You control sharing and deletion of exported reports.

There is no account, telemetry, cloud inference or automatic report transmission. Optional OCR preparation downloads verified language files from the official Tesseract repository; the hosting service receives ordinary network connection information such as your IP address, but not your activity records or screen content. Activity processing then remains local.
