Data processed
The app accesses only files and folders that the user explicitly selects. In local AI mode, file names and supported document or image content are processed on the user's Windows device to propose folders, classifications and file names. Vellora Studio One does not receive or collect this content.

Local AI model download
The initial local AI setup downloads an approximately 3.4 GB model from the model provider's servers. File names and file contents are not included in this download request. The provider may process standard network information, such as the user's IP address, under its own privacy policy.

Optional external AI providers
Advanced users may optionally configure a compatible external AI API. The app explains that selected content may be transmitted before this mode is enabled. When enabled by the user, the information needed for the requested analysis is sent directly to the provider selected by the user and is governed by that provider's privacy policy. Vellora Studio One does not receive this content. API credentials are stored using the operating system's secure storage where available.

Local app data
Preferences, task history and diagnostic information are stored locally on the device. They remain under the user's control and can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

No tracking or sale of data
The app contains no advertising, behavioral tracking or publisher-operated analytics, requires no account, and Vellora Studio One does not sell personal information.

Security and user control
No file operation is applied before the user reviews and confirms the proposed plan. The app is designed to avoid overwriting existing files. Users remain responsible for the files and external services they choose.

Children
The app is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children.
