ClassAdjust stores information you enter locally in your Windows user profile. The publisher does not receive it. The app has no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, telemetry or external network service.

The app may store learner aliases, class/group labels, school-defined access needs, practical classroom actions, reminder dates and brief evidence notes. Use aliases and only the minimum necessary information. Follow school policy. Do not enter medical records, addresses, contact details, credentials or unrelated personal information. This is not a system for sensitive medical records or automated eligibility decisions.

Local data remains until you erase the workspace, remove it manually or an operating-system/uninstaller action removes the application-data folder. Exported and backup JSON files remain wherever you save them. Local records, exports and backups have no app-level encryption or multi-user access controls. Device account security, disk encryption, retention rules and authorised access are the responsibility of the user or school. Erasing the workspace does not remotely erase previously shared copies or exports.

ClassAdjust is not a clinical, diagnostic, treatment or automated decision tool. Questions or deletion requests about a school-controlled copy must be directed to that school. The app does not establish compliance with any school privacy or safeguarding policy.

Microsoft may process Store purchases, downloads, security information or diagnostics under Microsoft’s own privacy terms. If you contact publisher support, the publisher receives the contact details and content you choose to provide in order to answer. Do not send student records in support requests.
