ABOUT THIS POLICY
This policy describes VoyageTrace for Windows, published in the Microsoft Store under the display name Vellora Studio One. Support and privacy enquiries: https://vellorastudio.one/support/index.html. This policy covers the application, not the separate practices of Microsoft, Windows, a storage provider or a website you choose to visit.

FILES AND POSITION DATA YOU CHOOSE
VoyageTrace accesses local log files you select or drop into the app. These may contain vessel identifiers such as MMSI, coordinates, timestamps, speed and course. File names, paths and sizes are used to open and display selected inputs. Processing, filtering, the coordinate overview and audit take place on your Windows device. No account is required. The app has no cloud-processing or live vessel-data service and does not automatically send input logs, identifiers, coordinates, results or exports to the publisher or another service. It does not implement advertising, analytics, telemetry or automatic crash-report uploads.

LOCAL STORAGE AND EXPORTS
Selected file information and processed results are held during the session; the app does not implement saved voyage history. Your day/night choice is stored locally as voyageTraceTheme in browser storage. The included desktop runtime maintains a local application profile and may create runtime caches; using the app is not trace-free.
Exports are written only when requested to the destination you choose in the Windows Save dialog. They may contain coordinates, identifiers and, for GPX, available timestamps. Input logs are read, not rewritten. Review replacement prompts before overwriting an existing export. The app does not add encryption to inputs or exports.

YOUR CONTROLS
You choose inputs, filters, whether to cancel a file-processing job and where to export. Closing the app ends the working session. You can manage or delete logs and exports with Windows file tools; the app does not automatically delete those files. Files outside app-managed storage ordinarily remain after uninstall; profile cleanup and files in app-managed locations depend on Windows and the installation method. Keep backups.

OTHER SERVICES AND SUPPORT
If a file or export folder is synchronized, shared or backed up by another program, that program may transfer it independently of VoyageTrace. Windows, Microsoft Store and external browsers/websites have their own practices. No voyage data is automatically attached to a support request by the app. Share only information you intend to send and remove sensitive positions or identifiers from examples where possible.
