Privacy Policy for Excel File Renamer — Bulk Rename

Excel File Renamer — Bulk Rename is provided by Vellora Studio One. The app works locally on the user’s Windows device. It accesses only the files, folders, and Excel or CSV mapping files that the user explicitly selects. Filenames, file paths, and mapping values are used solely to scan files, preview proposed name changes, validate conflicts, perform requested rename operations, export mappings, and provide local history and undo features.

The app does not create user accounts and does not collect, upload, sell, share, or transmit personal information to Vellora Studio One or to third parties. It contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry, or cloud synchronization. Rename history, settings, and other operational data are stored locally on the user’s device and remain subject to Windows file-system permissions.

Users control which files the app can access through the Windows file and folder pickers. Users can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app’s history where available or by uninstalling the app.

Microsoft Store and the Windows operating system may process information independently under Microsoft’s own terms and privacy statement. Vellora Studio One does not receive that information through this app.
